What's the difference between monthly, yearly, and lifetime?
All three unlock the same Pro features. Pick monthly if you'd like to try Pro briefly, yearly if you prefer the lower per-month price (first-time subscribers get a 7-day free trial), or lifetime if you plan to use Knot Fit long term.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your Apple ID name] → Subscriptions → Knot Fit Pro → Cancel Subscription. Apple manages subscriptions, so cancellation isn't available from inside the app.
What happens if I cancel during the yearly free trial?
You won't be charged as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can keep using Pro features until the trial period ends, even after canceling.
Pro isn't showing up after I switched iPhones
Make sure your new iPhone is signed in with the same Apple ID, then in Knot Fit go to Settings → Knot Fit Pro → Restore Purchases.
How do I sync history across multiple iPhones?
With Pro's iCloud sync enabled, your workout history and templates sync across iPhones signed into the same Apple ID. Turn it on from Settings → Knot Fit Pro → iCloud Sync. iPad and Mac are not supported in v1.0; we're considering them for future updates.
Do workouts I recorded on Apple Watch count toward my streak?
Yes. Go to Settings → Apple Health, turn on Sync with Apple Health and Include Apple Health workouts in streak. Workouts saved to Apple Health from Apple Watch or other apps will then count toward your daily streak.
Can I export my workout history?
Knot Fit doesn't have a direct export option yet. If you've enabled the Apple Health integration, you can export your workouts through the Apple Health app.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Local data is removed. If you had Pro's iCloud sync enabled, your data is preserved and can be restored on another device or after reinstalling, as long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID.
Where is my data stored?
Your workouts, body measurements, and receipt images are stored on your iPhone (and iCloud, with Pro). Knot Fit does not send your weight, body fat, photos, or other personal data to our servers or any third party. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
